Privacy Policy

RACED (“we”, “us”) designs sim racing liveries, motorsport liveries, car wraps, racing gear, and brand identities at raced.gg. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Design requests. When you use the request form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number and Discord username if you give them, your project details and preferences, and any files you upload.
- Your account. When you log in, we store your email address. If you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that service. We never see your Discord or Google password.
- Your projects. Designs, previews, and files we deliver to you through your account, and notes about the project.
- Referrals. If you tell us who referred you, we keep their email address to apply the referral discount.
- Technical information. Our server keeps short-lived logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, design your project, and deliver your files.
- To run your account, including signing you in and showing your projects.
- To apply referral discounts.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We may show finished designs in our portfolio. If you’d rather we didn’t show yours, tell us and we’ll leave it out.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run raced.gg. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
- Contabo hosts our web server.
- Supabase stores accounts, project records, and delivered files.
- Resend delivers emails, including design requests and login links.
- Discord and Google handle sign-in, if you choose them.
- Our email provider stores the messages we exchange with you.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. When you log in, your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay logged in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts download.
How long we keep it
We keep design requests and project records while we work with you and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can support you and make changes later. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy laws, and you can contact your local data protection authority.
Security
The whole site uses HTTPS. Delivered files are private to your account, and only RACED can see everyone’s projects. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for people 13 and older. If you’re under 18, please get a parent or guardian’s permission before sending us a request. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
